HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT COLLAR SIZE?
All of our collars have seven buckle holes to adjust for a proper fit. We recommend that you measure your dog's neck for an accurate fit. Match your dog's neck measurement as closely as possible to the 4th hole measurement given below. Then choose a collar size based on that number to ensure a proper fit. When the collar is on, choose a hole that allows you to slide 2 fingers underneath the collar easily for a comfortable fit.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We accept returns on non-custom items that still have tags attached and have not been used or worn. Returns are only accepted within the first week (7 days) of delivery. If your return meets our policy conditions stated above, once we receive the returned item we will issue a refund of the purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not accept returns on items that have been chewed. Your dog should never be left unattended on a leash or with our tug toys.
Our tug toys are designed to be used for supervised interactive play with a human. No dog toy or leash material is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off. You should never allow your dog to chew on the Biothane handle or any other leash materials, as these materials are not designed to be chew proof.
For custom products, please reach out with questions before placing your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to properly measure their dog for a collar. Please verify that you are measuring correctly and reach out if you have questions about size or fit.
ABOUT BIOTHANE
BioThane® is a coated webbing that is made in the USA. It is durable, waterproof, easy to clean and doesn't hold odors. BioThane® is often compared to leather, but is stronger and more durable than leather. As with leather, and other leash materials, Biothane is not chew proof.
HOW DO I CLEAN IT? Water, soft cloth and if necessary a mild detergent. Usually just a quick rinse is all it needs. If your dog is in salt water, it is important to rinse the metal hardware with fresh water afterwards. You should always dry your gear before storing it. This will keep your hardware looking its best.
HOW STRONG IS BIOTHANE? Biothane is very strong. The 1/2” width has a break strength of 500 lbs,, the 3/4" width has a break strength of 750 lbs and the 1" width has a break strength of 1000 lbs. Our hardware is machine riveted for durability.
